Chequer Lane - Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group:
A one off bar & restaurant concept design in the heart of Dublin City.
This restaurant was to be designed to be in tune with its location and the buildings history so as to be truly unique within the restaurant group.
A seemingly independent restaurant with layers of interest using collections of FF&E, artwork and mirrors and a distinctive basement PDR with a dispense bar to be a destination in its own right.

Sited within an existing car park beneath the building owners offices this pitch was to demonstrate how the space could be utilised to generate an income in the instance of a restaurant. To help show the breadth of appeal this pitch reflected an all day offer from morning through to dinner and cocktails with finishes reflective of the proposed offer.

Jamie Oliver Kitchen - Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group:
A new restaurant brand for JORG. This cost effective design solution was to overcome the over populated Italian restaurant high street brands.
JOK was to be a minimalist canvass to which local influences that could be applied as either a 10 step refurbishment of an existing Jamie’s Italian or a new build in any territory across the globe.
